Exon Skipping

Determine whether an exon is dispensable, and design exon-skipping ASOs to produce a truncated, functional protein product. Ideal for treating loss-of-function or null variants where residual protein product is beneficial (i.e. Duchenne muscular dystrophy).

Splice Correcting

Correct aberrant splicing caused by pathogenic variants. Target cryptic splice sites and splicing motifs to restore wild-type mRNA processing.

Allele-Specific Knockdown
